Seedance 2.5 is ByteDance’s latest video model, available here next to the rest of the Trendai.video tools. Describe a shot or upload a photo and it renders a finished clip with camera movement and sound, ready for ads, social posts and short films.
It is the current Seedance generation, with strong physical motion, stable faces across long takes, real camera language, and audio that lands on the action rather than drifting underneath it.
What you can control
- Text to video. Describe subject, action, camera move, lighting and grade in plain language.
- Image to video.Upload a first frame and the clip inherits that photo’s aspect ratio.
- First and last frame. Supply both ends and the model plans the motion between them.
- Reference images. Attach up to 30 and cite them as [Image 1], [Image 2] in the prompt.
- Synced audio. Ambience, effects and speech generated with the picture, or silence if you prefer.
- Length and shape. 4 to 30 seconds, 480p or 720p, in seven aspect ratios.

How long can a single video be?
Any whole number of seconds from 4 up to 30. Longer clips cost proportionally more credits, and the price is shown before you generate.
What resolutions are available?
480p and 720p. This endpoint has no 1080p tier, so pick 720p for the sharpest result. Aspect ratio can be 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 21:9, or adaptive, which lets the model choose.
Can I animate my own photo?
Yes. Upload a first frame and the model animates it while keeping that image's aspect ratio. Add a last frame to steer where the motion ends up, or attach reference images and call them out as [Image 1], [Image 2] in your prompt.
Does it generate sound?
Optionally. Turn audio on and the model produces a soundtrack synchronised to the visuals, including ambience, effects and speech. Leave it off for a silent clip you can score yourself.
How much does it cost?
A 5-second 720p clip costs 986 credits. Cost scales with duration and resolution, and 480p is roughly half the price of 720p at the same length.
Is there a watermark?
No. Videos are delivered clean as MP4, ready to publish or edit.
